Unlike Nordic Roast, this particular bean is selected for its classic medium-dark roast, presenting a coffee with a thick and smooth texture. It is well-suited for making Italian-style coffee such as espresso, Americano, latte, and cappuccino. It is also a popular choice among cafes and restaurants.

After returning from the 2022 Milan, Italy competition, we couldn't stop thinking about the coffee in Italy, especially their espresso and cappuccino. Each cup was fragrant, sweet, and smooth. Even in the hot weather, enjoying a cup was refreshing and effortless, a simple and beautiful pleasure.
With our knowledge of coffee, we carefully analyzed the classic flavors of northern Italy and successfully replicated the Italian taste. You don't have to travel abroad; you can now taste Italian coffee at home!
1. Filter/Pourover ▶ Pour 240g of water at a temperature of 92 degrees Celsius into 15g of coffee grounds.
2. Aeropress ▶ Fill the Aeropress with 20g of coffee grounds and pour water at a temperature of 85 degrees Celsius until it reaches the brim. Let it steep for 1 minute, then press down for approximately 30 seconds.
3. Coffee Machine (Americano) ▶ Brew 40g of coffee grounds with 700g of water.
