A: Our waterproof shoes are crafted from double-layered exclusive waterproof fabric with a dirt-resistant coating on the surface, effectively preventing common dirt and mud stains. If it's just normal dirt or mud, you can rinse it off with water. For lingering dirt, you can add a little water and detergent to a towel, then gently scrub with foam. Please note, if mud gets onto the knit surface of the shoe, it's advisable to use a softer brush for cleaning to avoid damaging the waterproof membrane and thus reducing the shoe's waterproofing performance.
